Toshiya Katsuki (Japanese: 勝生 利也, Katsuki Toshiya) is the husband of Hiroko Katsuki and the father of Mari Katsuki and Yuuri Katsuki.
Background
Together with Hiroko Katsuki, Toshiya owns and runs Yu-topia Katsuki, the last remaining hot springs resort in Hasetsu.
Appearance
Toshiya wears brown-rimmed glasses and a red bow tie. He also wears a grey shirt with "Yu-topia" written on the lapels and a green waistcoat. He has dark grey hair and usually wears it parted in the center. His eyes are usually closed, though they will occasionally open when he is surprised.
Personality
Toshiya is a cheerful individual who likes to make jokes as first seen in Episode 1. Later on, it is revealed that he becomes rambunctious when drunk, a trait he passed on to Yuuri Katsuki.[1] However, he is a supportive father to Yuuri and warmly welcomed Victor and Yuri when they arrived; partially because he knew their presence would bring more attention and customers to the area.
Relationships
Yuuri Katsuki
Toshiya is Yuuri's father who is very supportive of his figure skating career, although he does not know much about figure skating himself.[2] Still, he occasionally teases his son, mainly in regards to his weight gain issue.
Hiroko Katsuki
Toshiya is Hiroko's husband who run Yu-topia Katsuki together. He is often shown close to her and comforting her when needed.
Mari Katsuki
Toshiya is Mari's father. Mari works with both her parents in running Yu-topia Katsuki.

Etymology
- The name Toshiya means "benefit, advantage" (利) (toshi) and "to be, also" (也) (ya).
- Toshiya's surname Katsuki means "victory" (勝) (katsu) and "living, life" (生) (ki).
Trivia
- Toshiya does not know much about figure skating as he is more of a soccer fan.[2]
Toshiya's supports Sagan Tosu, which is based in Saga, the prefecture where Hasetsu is located. In Episode 1, he appears with a Sagan Tosu towel on his shoulders when a customer switches the television channel to soccer.
